Bernard Allen Victor, 88, of Kailua, a retired Hawaiian Tel cable supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mae B.L.L.; sons Allen R., Guy A. and Lee K.; brothers Leslie, Stanley and Milton; sisters Pualani Enos and Kehau Mattos; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
