Richard Chun Choy Leong, 91, of Honolulu, a project planner for Pearl Harbor and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Wellington and Jeffrey, daughters Abigail and Linda, sister Bertha Lee, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Borthwick Mortuary.
