Masaichi was a retired horticulturist with the Honolulu City & County Parks & Recreation. He is survived by sons, Bobby (Sharon) Yamauchi, Derrick (Diane) Yamauchi; daughter, Joanne (Lance) Tamate; sisters, Edith Morita, Jane Kashiwabara; 6 grandchildren. Private services were held.
