74David Wah Kwock Chow, 81, of Honolulu, a federal government accountant, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Leatrice, son Jon, daughters Lea Ann and Lori Marks, sisters Laura Hashimoto and Roberta Nakahara, and a grandchild. Private services.
