Katsuyoshi "Kadon" Fukushima, 81, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a house painter and an Army veteran, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Honaunau, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Koichi and John, and sisters Matsuno Katz and Sanae Matsumura. Private services. No monetary offerings.
