Peter Happi, 71, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a co-owner of Hawaii by the Sea Realty and an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Barbara and sisters Marilyn Cassella, Pat Kerf and Joann Sung. Private services to be held at a late date.
