Ronald G. Waugh, 72, of Hilo, a retired construction maintenance supervisor and a Navy and Army veteran, died in Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Hospice Facility. He was born in Ashland, Ky. He is survived by wife Arlene P.; sons Timothy, Mark, Terence and Matthew; daughters Melissa Montibon and Melanie Huddleston; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Crossnet Ministries, 21 Kalanianaole Ave., Hilo. Navy honors: 6:30 p.m. Services and celebration of life: 7 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers and lei are welcome.
