Aaron Clay Swafford, 78, of Hauula, a retired professional Navy barber for the USS Sproston, former Kam's Express Trucking Co. supervisor, former Drive Line Components dispatcher and an Army veteran, died in Hauula. He was born in Litton, Tenn. He is survived by sons Mark "Shane" Soares and Aaron B., Kyle K. and Quintin T. Swafford; daughter Sharon Chai; stepdaughters Eleni Aalona, Makalita Toki and Ana Barrera; stepsons Taulagi Maka and Sefo Toki; sisters Mary Jane Swafford Whiteaker and Irene Swafford; 15 grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. July 7 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. July 8 at the mortuary.
