IRIS SUMIKO SHIMABUKURO Iris S. Shimabukuro passed away peacefully on May 20, 2015 at Avalon Care Center with her family at her side. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard Tadashi; son, Duane (Carolyn); daughter, Lyanne (Dennis Hijirida); three grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Roy (Rose) Kaneshiro; sisters, Betty Toma, Mildred Hoshino, and Bessie Higa; sister-in-law, Okai Kaneshiro, and many nieces and nephews. Services to be held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary on Sunday, July 5, 2015. Visitation at 1:00 p.m. Service at 2:00 p.m.
