Masao Osaki, 87, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education administrator and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Eric M.H.H. and daughter Gwynne M. Private services.
