William J.T. Cody, 88, of Honolulu, a psychiatrist and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Salem, Mass. He is survived by wife Heather Cattell, sons Brian and Bruce, daughters Diane Boulware and Denise Thomas, stepson Gary Shields, sister Louise Nangle, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
