75Leimomi P. Carmichael Johnson, 54, of Paia, Maui, a field representative for Maui Laborers Union Local 368, died at home. She was born in San Bernardino, Calif. She is survived by sons Michael "Mika" and Derrin, daughter Healoha Carmichael, parents Daniel and Awapuhi Carmichael, sisters Lehua Carmichael and Leinani Kana, and a grandchild.
