Henry Hiroshi Uehara, 86, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation engineer, founding president of Public Employees Management Association of Hawaii and an Air Force retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rose, sons Ray and Chris, sister Nancy Talaro and five grandchildren. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday at Arcadia Retirement Residence Chapel.
