Takako Kawai Sur, 75, of Honolulu, a retired Agatha salesclerk, died in Avalon Care Center. She was born in Tokyo. She is survived by husband Paul; son Gabriel; daughter Sibyl L.; brothers Masao and Toshio Kawai; sisters Mariko and Emiko Kawai, Yuriko Dobashi and Toshiko Takamura; and two grandchildren.
