74Michael T. "Big Mike" Natividad, 41, of Wahiawa, a surf instructor at Waikiki Beach, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Marcelino "John" Jr. and Joseph, and sisters Millie Mouer, Patricia Ann Zwald, Leonora Huffman and Marie Lobitos. Mass: 7 a.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 130 Ohua Ave., Honolulu. Scattering of ashes to follow at Waikiki Beach.
