Marquis Quon Pang Chang, 98, of Honolulu, a Pearl Harbor Shipyard machinist and an Army veteran, died in Care Center of Honolulu. He was born in Kailua-Kona. He is survived by wife Lorraine W., sons Earl and Baron, stepdaughter Sharaine Sakabe, sister Ellen Goo and a grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary.
