80Mitsuo "Mits" Tsuha, 86, of Pearl City, president of Cost Engineering of Hawaii Inc., died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Mitsuko, sons Vector M. and Victor M., brothers Hideichi "Peter" and Tatsuji "Ta," sisters Helen Sasaki and Ethel Yoshimura, and four grandchildren. Private services.
