Spencer Douglas Biegel, 34, of Kailua, an independent contractor for the U.S. government and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Iraq. He was born in Oregon. He is survived by sons Justus and Max; former wife Autumn; parents Doug and Dee Dee; brothers Justin, Jeff and Sam; sisters Chelsie, Stacey and Jennifer; and grandparents Jim and Marie Biegel, and Jeannette Palmer-Porter. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kailua Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
