71Floyd Vernon Hayes, 77, of Hilo, a retired factory worker, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Syracuse, N.Y. He is survived by numerous children and siblings on the mainland and the Rodriquezes hanai family in Hawaii. Private services.
