Justo Salvador Bartolome, 92, of Honolulu, a retired painter for the Coast Guard at Sand Island and on Kwajalein, and a Kauai Sugar Mill Plantation laborer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Paula A.; sons Jose and Edward; daughters Lori Cadiz, Pacita Aquino and Lorie Sagisi; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
