81Paul David Lucas, 64, of Kailua-Kona, a retired insurance agent, died at home. He was born in San Diego. He is survived by wife Julie, daughter Emily Jones, sons Jonathan and Aaron, brother Salvador, sister Evette Scrimgeour and three grandchildren.
