PRIMO DAVID CASTRO SR. 84, of Waipahu, a retired administrator and veteran of the Army, died in Waipahu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Primo D. Jr. and Bryan L., daughters Donna Lee Price and Colleen L. Castro, 22 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
