82Thelma Louray Huang, 89, of Rockville, Md., a retired high school teacher of child development and home economics and a Hawaiian quilter, died. She was born in Danville, Pa. She is survived by sons Thomas Jr., Manley, Stuart and Christopher; daughter Pamela Gilman; and eight grandchildren. Services held in Maryland.
