Walter Jack Bowman Jr., 66, of Waianae died in Waianae. He was born in Newport News, Va. He is survived by sons Jack C. and O'Mar M. Stout; daughter Shirell Warren-Stout; brothers Dennis, Robert and Bryson; sisters Doris Culver, Barbara Wilson and Joyce Kornegay; and five grandchildren. Services in Inglewood, Calif.
