Henry Machado Jr., 91, of Honolulu, a police officer and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Walter A. and Roberts D., daughters Janice D. Silva and Henriann P. Clements, brother Daniel K., sisters Genevieve H. Lapinski and Mabel L. Kong, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Lanakila Chapel, 622 Judd St. Services at noon. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire.
