83Jacqueline Lee Ralston, 83, of Waimanalo, a retired executive secretary for the Department of Health, died in Honolulu. She was born in Oakland, Calif. She is survived by sons Gary A., Arthur W. III and Mark D.; and three grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to the Salvation Army.
