77Masaru Hirota, 95, and Tokiko Nagao Hirota, 89, of Honokaa, Hawaii, died. Masaru died in a private care home. He was a retired teacher and vice principal at Honokaa High School and was born in Honokaa. Tokiko died at Hilo Medical Center. She was a retired teacher at Honokaa Elementary School and was born in Lahaina. They are survived by sons Neal and Lyle, daughter Gayle, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Tokiko is also survived by her brother George Nagao and sister Haru Nakamura. Private services.
