73Cecilia Dinglasa Kinney, 55, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Zamboanga de Norte, Mindanao, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Ualani Segura, Jasmine Green and Javelin Bailum; son Jamal; brothers Abner, Rolando, Ricardo and Arnulfo Dinglasa; sisters Lolita Jocson, Aida About and Vilma Dinglasa; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Assembly of God Church Red Hill. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
