Noboru Yoza, 79, of Mililani, a retired federal government planner and estimator at Wheeler Army Airfield and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Ninole, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Diane S., daughter Valerie S., son Kevin S. and brothers Tetsuo and Kenneth. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
