74Adam Ronald Borkowski, 71, of Milolii, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Parks and Recreation Department athletic and physical education director, died. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by mother Doris and sister Denise Pettersen. Scattering of ashes: 2 p.m. Sunday at City of Refuge in Honaunau, Hawaii, by the Keoua Canoe Club. No flowers.
