74Jane Sumiye Hayama, 96, of Pearl City, a retired secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Kiyoshi, son Michael T., daughter Lynne N. Otsuka, brother William Harada, sisters Shizue Okamoto and Helen Ezaki, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
