77Woodrow "Woody" Joyner, 71, of Waipahu, a retired AT&T telecommunications specialist, died in Waipahu. He was born in Goldsboro, N.C. He is survived by wife Victoria, daughters Angela Joyner and Philicia Merkle, stepdaughter Van Taylor, sisters Pam Newcomb and Vernell Peacock, and five grandchildren. Private services.
