81Pelagia Raza Galicinao, 67, of Kahului, a McDonald's cook, died at Hale Makua, Kahului. She was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Judith Badua and Yvonne Quijano; brother Alfonso Raza; sisters Paulina Pascua, Candida Bruno and Leonora Dela Cuadra; and five grandchildren.
