He was a retired Housing Inspector with the Federal Government. He is survived by son, Ronan (Hui Suk) Sakai; daughter, Velda (Lawrence Pendergrass) Sakai; brother, Donald S. (Carol) Sakai; sister, Jean Coyle; 3 grandchildren. Private services were held.
