Jose Percy Gamboa Aboy, 88, of Honolulu, a sugar mill security guard in the Philippines, died in Honolulu. He was born in Silay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. He is survived by wife Patria A.; sons Joevanie A., Josue, Joemarie, Jorge and Jose Percy Jr.; daughters Medeline A. Caratay, Helen A. Limos, Catherine A. Nano, Haydee Aboy, Ma Leah A. Bennette and Precilla A. Clarion; sisters Remedios Mindanao and Lily Jallan; 26 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
