72Sylvia Mae Bilter, 92, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in St. Charles, Ill. She is survived by daughters Cynthia Sims and Jacque Kunewa, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. Donations suggested to Hospice of Kona.
