69Louis "Louie" Martines, 96, of Hilo, a retired county truck driver, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honomu, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Reginald "Reggie" and Michael "Mike"; daughter Pearl Nakamura; brother Manual "Marty"; sisters Isabel "Bella" Miranda, Frances "Sica" Farias, Dolores Vermeulan and Rosa Garcia; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Service: 2:30 p.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery, Section E. Casual attire.
