73Rose Hanae Desha, 91, of Honolulu, a retired marriage license certifier for the state Department of Health and a former Cannon Club bartender, died in Aloha Nursing and Rehab Centre. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son William E., daughter Mary-Lynn K. Desha-Kam, brother Kiyoshi Taguchi, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
