71Patricia Ann "Tisha" Foo, 68, of Honolulu, an Aloha Airlines retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Frederick C. "Fred," son David Cadelinia, daughters Alison Lopez and Alyssa Plunkett, stepsons Bill and Keone, brothers Robert and Clifford Lucas, sisters Donna Pagdilao and Lorna Sagario, half brother Fredolyn Lucas, half sister Irene Bumanglag and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Philomena Church, 3300 Ala Laulani. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire.
