77Violet Ululani Chang Akana Duff, 68, Henderson, Nev., a legal office assistance and Navy veteran, died in Barstow, Calif. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Toddi L. Nakagawa, brothers Frederick Y.L.C. and Alexander Y.S.C. Akana, half-sister Maile Jean Fletcher and six grandchildren.
