Benjamin Leialoha Macomber Jr., 84, of Waiohinu, Hawaii, a retired heavy equipment operator for the former Kau Sugar Co. and an Army veteran, died in Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama facility. He was born in Kahaluu, North Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by sisters Eunice Hashimoto and Mabel Kaipo. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Kauahaao Congregational Church in Waiohinu. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Naalehu Community Cemetery. Casual attire.
