75Andrea Mendoza "Anding" Antalan, 88, of Mililani died in Waipahu. She was born in Pinili, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Bill, Nelson and Walter; daughters Norma Bumanglag and Bhella Pagala; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
