76Jane Kikumi Saiki, 83, of Torrance, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a retired engineer assistant at the Department of Transportation in California, died in Los Angeles. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Dean, Michael and William; daughter Debbie Pang; brother Calvin Shirai; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m.
