Michael Bruce Alves, 57, of Pearl City, a retired Air Force staff sergeant and a Navy Lodge employee, died at home. He was born in Wareham, Mass. He is survived by wife Lori-Ann Y.; sons George M.K. and Eric A.H.; daughter Liane M.T. Veyera; brothers Mark, Kevin and Guy; sister Sharron Stout; and three grandchildren. Private services.
