Alexander "Pancho" Paglinawan Jr., 55, of Hilo, a musician and a retired Army veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Alika Kelly; daughter Winter Kelly; sisters Jody Paglinawan, Denise Cadiz and Queenie Pada; and a grandchild. Celebration of life: 4 to 10 p.m. Friday at Oahu Veterans Center. Additional celebration of life: noon Sunday at Onekahakaha in Hilo.
