He is survived by wife, Sadie Hayes; son, Dennis Hayes; daughter, Linda "Noe" Gentry; 2 half-sisters; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Monday (Aug. 17) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu). Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers please.
