72Joel Ragunton Racachot, 57, of Waipahu died in Waipahu. He was born in Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Maria "Rose," son Jomar, brothers Lawrence and Dante, and sisters Marietta and Esmeralda Racachot, Anita Herrera, Mildred Melencheck and Ruth Batangan. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-WaiÂpio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m Burial: 10 a.m. Monday at Mililani Memorial Park.
