74Andy Galapon Villanueva, 65, of Montgomery, Ill., formerly of Pearl City, a retired maintenance worker at the Kane County Sheriff's Department and former employee at All-Steel Equipment Co. in Montgomery, died in Montgomery. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by daughters Amy Bauer and Tara Villanueva; mother Caridad G.; brothers Eliseo, Oscar, Roman, Alfredo and Rudy; sister Aida Tunac; mother of his children, Diana; and two grandchildren.
