75Cheng Turn Hsu, 73, of Honolulu, owner of Kitchen Arigato in Guam, died in Honolulu. He was born in Taiwan. He is survived by wife Mei Yun, son Yu-Cheng, daughters Shu-Fen Rakay and Julia Chen, brother Zhan-Xin, sisters Kuei-Hua and Yeh-Lee, and three grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Sunday at Fo Guang Shan Hawaii-Buddha Light Temple. Inurnment: 9 a.m. Monday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
