Ernest Linden Hayes, 99, of Kailua, an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Hastings, Mich. He is survived by wife Sadie, son Dennis, daughter Linda "Noe" Gentry, two half sisters, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
